Each suite has a queen size bed and a futon along with private bathrooms & walk in closet. With over 700 square feet of porches you will have plenty of options of places to enjoy your morning coffee or your evening margarita, all while enjoying the beautiful sunrise and sunsets!!! With plenty of space to cook and enjoy the delicious seafood that you can purchase at the port just down the street. We also have purchased plenty of items to help keep you busy while staying with us, such as: bicycles, kayaks, paddle board, floaties, life jackets, scooters, fishing pole, cast net, roller blades, golf clubs, tennis rackets, volleyball net, and sand toys. There is a closet that we keep locked in the house with our personal belongings. Otherwise, the entire house is all yours to enjoy!! We chose a Very private, yet friendly neighborhood to build our dream home. The beach if front of house is VERY quite, as it residential in all area immediately surrounding us. There are four stalls of covered parking underneath the house. Space for about five vehicles in the driveway. Plenty of parking on the private culdasack.
