One of the bedrooms is en suite, and both have air conditioning. The vibrantly colored living room invites you to relax, with its electric fireplace and large television. The kitchen is fully equipped with essentials. This accommodation is located in the 2nd floor without lift and has a privileged location, close to the Marina, the beach, and several restaurants and services. There is a supermarket right in front of the building. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire apartment. They also have access to a private exterior parking lot. Other things to note Not suitable for pets Parties or events are not allowed. Youth groups are not accepted. The check-in is between 4pm and 7pm. After 7pm it can have extra cost. The security deposit must be paid online by card by the day of check-in. The security deposit is €400 for a maximum of 28 nights. For groups or young people, the security deposit is doubled. A tourist tax is charged at check-in for guests over the age of 16.
