Unreported pets may incur an additional fee. •Please note that we're in Florida, so it's normal to see insects (bugs) from time to time even if Pet Control comes by. If you see any, I'll immediately fumigate and eliminate them. Please remove full garbage bags from the unit to avoid unpleasant visits. ✓🚬SMOKERS, please. Refrain from any forms of inhalation inside of house. ✓💃VISITOR: For security reasons, you are required to inform Us if you will have visitors during your stay. ✓🌊SHARE POOL access for $30 per person/day. (to prevent it from getting wet) *I leave a cooler in case if you go to the beach, use it *I Leave a sweater in case you forget yours. *I also left a pair of sandals; I hope it is your size in case there was no room in the suitcase. Please leave whatever you use in the basket. •Parking for 1 car included.
