The space In a quiet, bucolic area of Montlouis-sur-Loire, this spacious two-storey house has a heated swimming pool and a large, secluded garden. Ground floor: - a large, modern kitchen, opening onto the living room, generously equipped (hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, espresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster) - a light-filled living room with a convivial round dining table - a comfortable lounge with two designer blue sofas and smartTV (numerous channels, netflix, canal+ by logging in with your login details) - an enclosed workspace with an air-conditioned desk and armchair, providing a quiet reading area. - a large bathroom with shower and bath (shower gel and shampoo included) - a separate toilet - access to the garage, which doubles as a laundry room (washing machine and tumble dryer) where you can park your bicycles in complete safety. First floor: - an air-conditioned master bedroom with large dressing room, 160cm bed and TV. - a second air-conditioned bedroom with a large wardrobe, 160cm bed and TV. - a third air-conditioned bedroom with storage space, 140cm bed and double sofa bed (quality bedding) - a shower room with shower and toilet (shower gel and shampoo included). Outside: - a large terrace overlooking the garden and swimming pool - a sitting area for socialising - a dining area - a relaxation area around the pool with deckchairs -- Please note Pool open from mid-April 2025 and closed from October. The only safety feature of the pool is a bar cover. The cover must be systematically closed after swimming if you are travelling, particularly with children. Children swim under adult supervision.
