This executive villa is made of earthy materials as a homage to the local architectural practices. The wall and mud and clay plastered and the ceiling and roof is made of raw tree branches, covered with clay and mud. It gives very warm and cosy cottage like feeling. There are 2 bedrooms and a lounge. The property can accommodate 6 guests. The bathroom is private and have shower facility in it. The windows from the bedrooms provides excellent views of Rakaposhi peak.
