Quaint 1 bedroom cottage w/views of Lake Winnipesaukee available year-round. Our deck is literally on Lake Winnipesaukee and a 3 minute walk from the cottage. Here you will be able to enjoy gorgeous views, participate in lake activities such as swimming off our dock, using our kayaks, diving board, etc. The public beach is steps away, along with restaurants, ice cream, water sport rentals, mini-golf & entertainment. Perfect for couples or small family & is pet friendly. Cottage has heat & AC. The space -This three-room (one-bedroom) “cozy” cottage has all you need to have a relaxing & enjoyable lakecation! -The deck across the street is amazing to hang out on or swim off of and is only shared with the guests that stay in our house next door and occasionally by the people that rent two slips from us. -This rental doesn’t come with a slip but sometimes we have one open so ask if you have a boat and would like to use it (no promises but we will try to accommodate when we can). -Ductless heating and air conditioning makes heating/cooling easy, and we have fans in the living room & bedroom. -We currently do not provide linens and towels unless needed, but we can provide them in the off-season, and hope to be able to provide them once the nice weather is here too. Always ask if you want them and I'll provide. Guest access -The whole guest house - all 3 rooms! :-) -The dock on Lake Winni is shared with the guests staying in the main house. -Public beach steps away. Other things to note -We have a 55" smart TV in the room with the futon. -There is parking for one car in the driveway to the left of the cottage. If you have a second one, you can park in front of the cottage. -Ductless heating and air conditioning available year-round. -We have a Keurig, coffee maker & tea kettle. -There a gas grill to the left of the cottage.
