A lovely sunroom provides space and sun for working during your stay. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, fridge with ice maker and full oven. You will also find a washer and dryer for your convenience in the garage. You'll find book and board games for your enjoyment. Tucked in a residential neighborhood you'll be away from the more busy streets in town. The surrounding neighborhood is very peaceful and the neighbors are friendly. There are several antique shops, historic downtown, and wonderful restaurants within walking distance, as well as nature trails both to the north and south along the coast. Montecito, Summerland, Ventura and Santa Barbara are all within a ten minute drive providing a wide range of additional shopping, dining and antiquing options. Make it your home-away-from-home!
