Can’t find a place to stay? This is your Last Resort. This is a 1980?ish🤷‍♂️ one Bedroom one Bath Park model. Join this fun 55 and older community at the Lemon Tree Estates and make new friends and new memories. Enjoy your time here as a Winter Texan with weekly Special Event Schedule At Lemon Tree Clubhouse (Seasonal Events). One of the people renting MUST BE 55 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER, This is the park rules. No renting for someone else. The space This is a 1980somthing one Bedroom one Bath Park model. It’s older but cozy. You’ll have everything you need from pots and pans to dishes and silverware, a Comfortable queen size bed and fast wifi. The clothes washers and dryers are coin op at the clubhouse. Guest access You will have access to everything in the trailer and access to the community center, pool, shuffleboards, and washer & dryer (coin operated) units. You will not have access to the shed as it holds supplies we need. Other things to note The stove and water heater runs on propane. As for the propane. for long term renters it’s your responsibility to fill it up the propane tank during your stay and before you check out or we can charge you an extra fee to get it filled after you leave, whatever you prefer. If you want to get it filled a truck goes through the park twice a week during the winter months. Early on Tuesdays and Thursdays It’s called Pony Express.
