Find us at our Downtown Balcony Apartment, a spacious apartment on Rua Mártires da Liberdade, a street full of history. Well-located, this apartment is ideal for families, couples, friends on vacation, or professionals traveling for work. It is situated in a traditional Portuguese building featuring beautiful blue and white tiles on the interior—an iconic characteristic of Portugal. The space In the apartment, you will find a cozy living room with a spacious terrace and outdoor furniture; an entry hall with a dining area; a comfortable double bedroom with a winter balcony facing the back of the building; a well-equipped kitchen; and a bathroom with all the necessary amenities for your stay. We must also highlight the second double bedroom, which features a balcony overlooking the neighborhood. This room can be accessed via a charming spiral staircase or from the building’s 4th floor. The apartment is equipped with three air-conditioning units—one in the living room and one in each double bedroom. For your convenience, the apartment also includes a dishwasher, fan, electric radiators, air conditioning (in the upper bedroom), a Smart TV with a cable box, and Wi-Fi. Book now! If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fine of 200 euros will be applied. If you would like a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. Note that an unauthorized stay past the check-out time, might result in an extra charge (10% of the daily rate, per hour, up to one day). If you lose the key, a cost will be charged (price upon request). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team’s intervention to open the door, there will be a 40€ fee after 7 PM. If the key is left in the door lock (requiring technical intervention), the cost will be determined upon request. In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in). For bookings of 28 nights or more, we have a cost limit for water, electricity, and internet/TV package of €150. If this amount is exceeded, the extra cost will be covered by the guest. The tenant agrees to allow the host’s staff to enter the apartment whenever necessary for inspection purposes, with monthly visits expected.
