Another short walking distance from the townhouse is the pool and spa. This area has comfortable lounge chairs, shaded area, private bathrooms and an outside shower. There is also a barbecue grill, (grill needs to be reserved in advance and there is an hoa fee of $80 for cleaning service and gas). Our private terrace has a patio table, chairs, and an ice chest. Since we are a dark community, our guests admire the beauty that a starry night offers. This community attracts visitors from different states and countries, as it is a place of peace and relaxation. This location is a very short distance from the highway which can take you south, a twenty minute drive to border city of Nogales/Nogales Mexico.
