Relax on our massage chair or enjoy a breathtaking sunset from our roof top. Guest access Our place has covered parking and extra unreserved street parking. Just a very short walking distance you will find the fitness center and courtyard. The facility is completely clean and very well equipped, offers everything you need for a good workout. Another short walking distance from the townhouse is the pool and spa. This area has comfortable lounge chairs, shaded area, private bathrooms and an outside shower. There is also a barbecue grill, (grill needs to be reserved in advance and there is an hoa fee of $80 for cleaning service and gas). Our private terrace has a patio table, chairs, and an ice chest. Since we are a dark community, our guests admire the beauty that a starry night offers. Other things to note Please note we charge extra for guest 3 and 4 $10 per night per guest.
