Other things to note - We do not rent to guests under 25. - We do not rent to locals or those without positive reviews. - No firearms, ammunition, knives or weapons of any kind inside the apartment and building common areas. - All guests must be registered, and must not exceed max capacity. - No third party bookings. - No smoking, no parties.
