Welcome to our charming 2-bedroom apartment in Barcelona! This cozy home features a spacious living room for relaxation, a fully equipped kitchen for your culinary needs, a private balcony for enjoying fresh air, and a comfortable bathroom. Your comfort and convenience are our top priorities. All foreign vehicles must register to drive around Barcelona. Those interested will have to request the registration of the vehicle in the Metropolitan Registry of foreign vehicles. Once the fulfillment of the requirements has been validated, the applicant will be notified of the registration of the vehicle and the authorization to circulate in Barcelona. Vehicle registration will be resolved (accepted, denied or incomplete) within 15 business days of the request. There is a € 5 management fee. - Check in time is 3pm (can be flexible depending on the previous check-out). - Late check in (after 9pm), is an extra 30 euros to be paid in cash upon arrival - Check out time is 11am or earlier (can be flexible depending on the following check in). - We have good relationships with our neighbours and would like to keep it that way, so please keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10 pm. - Parties are not allowed. - It is not allowed to smoke inside the apartment. - Please take out the trash before check-out. - Please note that an extra fee could be charged depending of the conditions you leave the apartment. - You will be required to show your ID/Passport upon arrival. In order to follow local regulations and to be able to register all our guests on the local police’s database, we will have to scan these documents for all guests. I hope this is not an inconvenient! - Please note that for reservations from 28 days or more an extra 100 euros per month will be charged, corresponding to the costs of supplies (electricity, gas, water and internet), to be paid at check in. - For bookings made on the same day we cannot guarantee that we will be able to welcome you in the apartment within three hours of confirmation of your reservation.
