Welcome to Mino homestay - experience like your own home. Time Room is located in a building in Trung Yen alley - prime location in the center of the old town. We want to create a comfortable, friendly, comfortable and clean space for you. The room has a private kitchen that can access to all items. The building has a full range of systems to make your stay easier including: elevator, fire protection, camera, fresh air system, password, private door lock and other amenities. If you need to check in early/ check out late, please inform us in advance so that we have the best preparation. The cost for early check-in/late check-out is 50,000VND (1 hour), receive payment early/late room 4 hours surcharge half day, before/after 6 hours surcharge per night. Early check-in/ late check-out requires a surcharge of VND 50.000 per extra hour. However, there will be an additional fee of a half- day rate and a nightly rate for over an extra four hours, and six hours, respectively. (Please inform us in advance for better preparation). Please clean, wash dishes before checking out, please allow to charge 200,000 VND if found no washing. Please maintain the cleanliness and washing kitchenware after using, unless a charge of 200.000 VND will apply. Please use slippers, no shoes in the room. In-house slippers should be in use to keep the overall cleanliness. Ask your host if you would like to invite friends/family. In case someone wants to stay overnight, host approval is required and must be paid the additional fee is 200,000 VND for one person. Inviting friends/relatives over for a visit is always possible, of course, as long as the matter is properly communicated with your hosts. In case anyone stays with you overnight, please note that this would be subject to approval by your hosts and that you are expected to pay a compensation of VND 200.000 per overnight stay. The building has a fire alarm system, please do not smoke in the room/ building. If found, you will be asked to leave the house immediately. The smoke detectors are installed entire property. It means all rooms are non-smoking. Therefore, if you try to use cigarettes, otherwise you will be invited to leave the house promptly.
