It is located on the seventh floor facing the street, offering a wide open view of the city. It has a beautiful balcony with a table and two chairs where you can watch the sunset in Buenos Aires. The unit has a premium double bed, furniture with storage space, opaque curtains, TV, high-speed WIFI, and hot/cold air conditioning. It has a table with two chairs that serves as a dining table, breakfast table or desk. The kitchen is very well equipped with electric burners, complete dishes, pots, utensils, toaster, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, cups, glasses, etc. An iron and ironing board are available. A spacious and complete bathroom with shower, hairdryer, hand towel and bath towel is provided. Other things to note ENTRY (CHECK IN) 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM – LATE CHECK IN: From 9:00 PM to 24:00 it costs US $10.- (Must be requested in advance and is credited to the platform before entering) CHECK-OUT 10:00 Hs. (without exception) Luggage is not allowed before check-in or after CHECK-OUT in any area of the building Losing keys charges 30 USD. In case of stains or damage to the bleach they must pay the sum of 50 dollars for the towels and 100 dollars for the sheets. No smoking in the common areas of the building and throughout the interior of the apartment, if it has a balcony you can do it in this open space (for non-compliance is charged a penalty of USD 100 for cleaning) No parties or disturbing the neighbors' peace, from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am Hs. Pre-check-in registration: In order to receive you and guarantee a smooth and timely check-in, we need you to complete the registration by sending us the following information via this chat before your arrival: a) Photo of the valid ID of all guests who will be staying and b) Contact phone number of the guest or person who will be staying.
