The space 3 beautiful big bedrooms, Master Suite with a King size bed and an on-site bathroom on first floor, upstairs you will find a 2nd bedroom with a queen size bed and a small couch to relax, 3rd bedroom with a full size bed (sleeps 2) plus a very comfortable convertible chair that sleeps 1 and a full bathroom, plus a designed work area. We also provide a queen size inflatable high top mattress that sleeps 2. Guest access Keyless access, provided to you the day of your arrival once the house is ready for you, usually before or around 3:00pm (cst) Other things to note The house is located right at 2 blocks from the Baptist Hospital and .5 mile of Fort Smith downtown (Garrison St) in a soft commercial area, houses & businesses around, the neighborhood is very quite and polite, the area is so quiet, that you can’t hear any street noise inside the house, the house is surrounded by many trees and we have a big fenced backyard, it Dose looks as in the pictures, the only difference from the picture is that “someone “ decided to take the cushions from the outside furniture!!!! But We have new ones and can be found inside the kitchen pantry closet. On the inside, we have brand new couches, you can see the updated picture of new sofas as well. Other than that, everything is as described! I try to make the house feel homy and comfortable for you guys and keep the kitchen stocked with spices, oil, cooking supplies and plenty of coffee!!! (All We Ask is for a Proper Head count, Please, please DO NOT BOOK for “1” if you have a more than that !!! “Please “ Did you forget something? Don’t worry, we got you covered!!! We have a basket with all necessary personal care products in case you forgot something in each of the bathrooms! Decor will be change during fall and Christmas and back to normal after January 6th of each year! We will no ask you to do any shores before you check out, but we DO ask for a proper and accurate head count! Please avoid me the inconvenience of having to modify your booking!
