Home in York

We have always taken our cleaning protocols very seriously. We prepare our rental for every guest as we would expect to have it for our own use~~spotlessly sanitized, and organized! There is space to spare for up to 6 guests, and 1 or 2 dogs. The space Off the main road, private n secluded. My husband and I live on premises with our rescue furbies! The rental space is completely private from our own. It is just a 10 minute drive to beaches; walking distance to York River and York River Landing restaurant. A fully functional living space all on a single, ground level dwelling~spacious, emaculate with Wifi access/smart tv's in livingroom and bedroom, work space, children amenities, ie toys, seats, travel bath, new pak n play and potty seat. If we missed anything, please ask and we will do our best to accommodate. Guest access Ground level; 'private access', single level dwelling. Fully stocked and immaculate for up to 6 people. Airbnb guests' dogs (2) are welcome, but no visiting dogs without prior approval, please. Access is permitted to the back yard for 'pottying', as long as you clean up afterward. Rental is located on a low traffic, dead end road with plenty of space to walk. ***PLEASE note!! We are having a hard time with the tick population! We advise NOT allowing your pets off the 'beaten path'/ road, AND we strongly advise all to be diligent in checking for ticks with each walk. Other things to note We have instated an absolute NO SMOKING policy of any kind, ie cigarettes, Vaping or controlled substances inside or on premise; however, there is plenty of access close to but away from house/rental. We reserve the rite to charge any amount of the security deposite or more if extra steps are needed to clear property of any smoking odors. *We are TOTAL animal lovers and welcome up to 2 dogs with 2 these stipulations: --Guaranteed to be flea free and house broken *Beach accessories: beach towels children's sand toys Beach chairs ***We open our space for confirmed traveling medical personnel at a reduced rate with stays of 3 weeks or longer.
