The two bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom, and the lovely open concept kitchen - dining - living area, are all fully equipped and ready for your arrival. Just a few blocks to the beach, famous 5th avenue, grocery stores, and restaurants. Close & walking. The space Patio has comfy furniture and a ceiling fan, with direct access to the courtyard and sundrenched pool. Inside, the apartment is spacious and quiet. There are 2 bedrooms, each with a private ensuite bathroom, television, air conditioner, ceiling fan, and comfortable beds. Bedroom #1 has a king bed. Bedroom #2 has 2 queen beds. Kitchen is fully equipped and has an electric range with full size oven. The dining area offers table with seating for up to 6 people. Spacious living area with large sectional sofa, television, and air conditioner. Fully equipped and ready for your arrival. No stairs! Guest access Ground floor, pool level. You will have the entire apartment to yourself and full use of the common area courtyard and pool. Other things to note 50 kWh of electricity per week is included.
