The space The apartment is on the second floor of a standalone building and is ACCESSIBLE VIA STAIRS ONLY. LIVING & DINING The spacious living and dining area is perfect for families or groups to unwind. There is a smart TV with FREE Netflix for all your entertainment needs and a high-speed, reliable WiFi connection (40 Mbps) to ensure seamless work and browsing. We understand the importance of a good internet connection. BEDROOMS The apartment has two bedrooms. The master bedroom features a queen-size bed with bedding and linen, air conditioning, and an attached bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, a desk and chair, and air conditioning. This room also has an attached balcony, offering a refreshing outdoor space. BATHROOMS There are two bathrooms, both equipped with showers and Western-style toilets. One is attached to the master bedroom, while the other is common. Both bathrooms have running water throughout the day, with geysers for hot water. KITCHEN The fully functional kitchen comes with all the essentials, including a fridge, stove, toaster, and water dispenser. It is also equipped with a hot water kettle, pressure cooker, mixer grinder, cooking utensils, cutlery, and crockery—everything you need to prepare and enjoy a great meal. OTHER UTILITIES The apartment includes an ironing table and a clothes drying stand for guest use. A common washing unit is also available for all apartments in the building.
