The San Carlo is set in a private area of 4,000 square meters on the sea, with parking lots, gardens, plants and typical Sicilian trees, framed by the traditional dry stone walls of the Val di Noto. The entire 500-square-meter villa, which can accommodate up to 26 people, is in turn divided into three villas: Girasole (located on the first floor with 200 square meters inside and 140 square meters of terrace), Paradiso (located on the ground floor, about 140 square meters inside and 600 square meters of garden and solarium in front of the sea) and Gelsomino (located on the ground floor, about 80 square meters inside and 600 square meters of garden) and a Suite (located on the second floor, about 35 square meters inside and 150 square meters of terrace), each with unique characteristics (from private gardens to large terraces on the upper floors).
