Central Bench Apartment Living

Welcome to your cozy home away from home in Boise's Central Bench neighbourhood! This fully furnished 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom space is the perfect peaceful haven for those seeking comfort, convenience, and proximity to downtown Boise. The newly renovated space has a large living room with TV, Roku and Wifi; a large kitchen, fenced in back yard perfect for pets and chilling on the patio, and designated covered parking. The space The home I own has an upstairs and downstairs, of which are completely separate from one another with separate doors and locks. The space for rent on Airbnb is the upstairs! I personally live in the bottom part of the home! The only shared spaces are that of the patio and backyard! Details of the space are as follows: Living room: A large living room with access to roku TV. Dining: Next to the living room is a bright breakfast "nook" with table and four chairs for dining in the bright sunshine. Bedrooms:The apartment has a bedroom with queen bed, closet, dresser, and mirror. The second bedroom has a full sized bed also with closet, dresser and mirror. Bathroom: There is full bath with shower and tub for the unit. Kitchen: There is a large kitchen equipped with electric stove top and oven, full sized fridge, dish washer, coffee pot, water kettle and of course utensils for cooking and glass wear. Laundry: A full sized washer and dryer are next to the kitchen for use. Outdoor space/Patio: Patio space with patio furniture and table, along with outdoor fireplace is common space used by me, living in the downstairs apartment of the duplex. The patio is next to the fenced in yard, also shared space. Parking: The carport is single lane for one car and reserved for airbnb guests. Free street parking outside of the home is available for those with more than one car. Other things to note The apartment has a private entrance in the front of the house. To exit the back of the apartment, you must go through your back door into a shared hallway that leads to the final door leading out to the patio.
