The apartment spans an area of 82 m² and includes two bedrooms, a living room with access to a terrace, and a kitchen. Designed by a renowned architectural firm, the apartment draws inspiration from the works of the distinguished Polish sculptor Igor Mitoraj. The attention to detail in the finishing and furnishings, carefully selected lighting, a small library, sculptures, and graphics, along with top-quality Hi-Fi equipment and a collection of vinyl records, create a unique atmosphere. The space The apartment is located in a carefully restored brick building that is over a hundred years old. The renovation, conducted in collaboration with a renowned architectural firm and under the supervision of a heritage conservation officer, has brought the former glory back to the most beautiful building in Jelenia Góra. The staircases retain their original railings, wooden handrails, granite steps, as well as restored doors and steel beams bearing signatures from a German foundry. The building’s appearance evokes the elegance of hotels from the early 1920s. Other things to note On the other side of the street is the "Kościuszko Hill" park, where, across the vast space of the hilly terrain that serves as a green recreational area, you will find educational trails, shaded rest spots, and a sunlit meadow. For the youngest visitors, there is a sandbox, a zipline, outdoor gyms, a barbecue area, and convenient paths for learning to ride a bike. The park also features tennis courts and an outdoor summer swimming pool. In the upper part of the park, you can see remnants of the first structure—a city gallows built in the 16th century, which served its purpose for about two centuries. Most of the park is forested, transitioning into walkways and open green spaces with plenty of trees. Just a 5-minute walk from the apartment, you can enjoy the best breakfast in Jelenia Góra at "Altanka Cafe."
