Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. This is a brand new remodel of an old commercial fishing building/ boat building facility. They used to build the thistle and highlander sail boats here. It is a large space, right on the Grand River. In walking distance to three restaurants and one mile from Mentor Headlands beach. It is across the river from Fairport harbor. We have transient deep water dockage available at an additional charge. It has brand new appliances. There are two separate suites which can be rented together also. This suite has a king sized bed in the main area and a single bed beside the bath room. It has memory foam mattresses. And tiled floors with rugs for comfort. Wake up to views of a marina and the beautiful Grand river with its wildlife and amazing birds. You will have access to all areas of the house. The suite is locked and will have only your access. The downstairs is shared by the other suite and the downstairs bathroom is available for the Marina boaters use also. Pierre and I live in the adjacent property. We are available for any questions or concerns you may have. This Marina is in the entertainment district. There is mostly marinas here. There is a quiet residential area about 1/4 mile away but we do have a full time police and fire department. We do have Uber and Lyft in the area. We have ample parking at the Marina and on the Olive street entrance in front of the garage Although there are railroad tracks behind the building they are rarely used. We have never experienced them at night. We live next door and they have not been an inconvenience to us. We enjoy seeing the train from time to time. People have questioned noise from the restaurants and we have never had a problem with them. They are closed usually by 10pm each night. We have transient dockage at the Marina also. They will use our house during the time that the Marina house is rented.
