Cozy and sheltered cabin by the lake

The cabin is located in the idyllic Tromøya. Here you have immediate proximity to great experiences both on the sea and on land. It consists of two floors, where the 1st floor is available to the tenant. The lower floor has a lower standard and is not prepared for rent, but can also be used if you need extra accommodation. The cabin is well equipped with what you may need, and you are free to use the equipment you want. Among other things, we can offer sea kayak and paddle board. Welcome! The space The cabin is well equipped with all you may need, and you are free to use what you want. Among other things, we can offer: - Two sea kayaks - SUP - A small rowing boat - Darts, kubb, spikeball etc. - Board games THE ROOMS 1st floor: 3 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and living room, storage room Ground floor: 1 bedroom, laundry room/bathroom, living room, tool shed The kitchen contains all the equipment and utensils you may need. In the cabinets on the wall, the landlord has dry goods that are in the top two shelves. The bottom shelf can be used by the tenant. The cabin is "homey" and from 1970, so it bears the mark that everything is not top modern :) Guest access The cabin consists of two floors, where the 1st floor is available to the tenant. The lower floor has a lower standard and is not prepared for rent, but can also be used if you need extra bedrooms or mattresses (here you will find a bedroom with two beds + several mattresses). The laundry room on the lower floor can be used by the tenant if desired :) Other things to note It is good to note the following: - The door handle from the living room to the veranda does not work, so you have to use the locking hooks at the top and bottom of the door. - The mini oven in the kitchen is old and it is very important to remember to turn off the plates after use. It does not have a kitchen assistant.
