The space Open and spacious layout for the living space and kitchen/dining area. *Cooling system is quite loud due to the location of the furnace. It is what it is. Master bedroom w/ ensuite bathroom, king-sized bed, dresser and rocking chair. Bedroom 1 has a queen-sized bed and dresser in the closet. *Ceiling fan can be a bit finicky. If it's shut off it doesn't turn back on right away. Bedroom 2 has a queen-sized bed, dresser and rocking chair. There are 2 Queen sized air mattresses. Extra bedding can be found in the closets of all 3 bedrooms. Air filters in each bedroom and living space area. Covered patio area between house and casita. Feel free to move patio furniture, but please return to covered area before departing. Doggie door for 4 legged friends and fenced back yard. There is a fire pit available to guests. It's located in the red shed in the back yard. Please DO NOT burn anything other than wood. If it's super windy, DO NOT USE the fire pit. Extinguish completely before leaving. Guest access Whole house, patio area and back yard. Parking is allowed on the gravel in front of the house and street if need be. Please do not block in the Casita guest's vehicle. Keyless self-check-in A couple of days before your arrival, I will message you with; 1 . Check-in details 2. A digital guidebook with all the house info you need and recommendations for my favorite activities and restaurants. Other things to note Please remember you're staying in a person's house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect, just as the previous guests have. If any problems arise, I will do my best to take action ASAP. Owners reside on the property with their 2 dogs in the casita, but travel a lot so may not always be there. For nonemergency issues, I do not send maintenance to the property during your stay, only after you depart. All guests must be 25+ except for children w/ parents 10 people max. We charge per guest; please have an accurate guest count. There is a Ring camera at the front door. If you touch or tamper with the camera, you will be asked to leave immediately. No late checkout or early check-in. If you arrive early or depart late, there will be a $50 charge per event. No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of God/other things that are beyond our control. We provide a start of supplies like toilet paper, laundry soap, and dish soap. You may need to buy more if you're booking an extended stay. Please clean up dog poop during your stay and before you depart. Poop bags are available in the laundry room.
