The space An elegant, spacious, and modern chalet located on the first floor providing extraordinary views of the pool. The fully air-conditioned chalet features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower, living room with comfortable seating area and a large dining table, a fully equipped kitchen with all the tools & utensils you might need for cooking and a spacious terrace with outdoor furniture set and BBQ. The chalet has a 43-inch smart android TV with a satellite, microwave & washing machine. There is an elevator in the building. Guest access The guests have full access to the shared pools & the beach. P.S. there are 6 cards provided for beach access included in the price. The place is wonderful and very interesting in terms of relaxation in the evening hours or practicing sports activities in the morning. The chalet is within a one-minute walk to Sokar market, where you can shop all your needs. You can enjoy the beach and practice sports or recreational activities throughout the day. There are also cafes and fast food trucks. Other things to note - Electricity consumption is calculated by digital meter, so you will pay only what you exactly consume! We will read the meters on the check-in and the check-out times, and you will pay only the difference. - Water consumption fees are included in the price. - There is a refundable security deposit that's worth 1 night, which gets paid in cash on the check-in time and gets refunded once you check out. - No pets are allowed. - Families only.
