Perfect for families, groups, or anyone wanting to experience the beauty and charm of Wallowa County—with a touch of style! 😎 Key Features: 3 Spacious Bedrooms: Each bedroom comes with a super comfy king-sized bed 🛏️, perfect for snoozing after a day of adventures. 2 Large Bathrooms: Both bathrooms have fully tiled showers with luxurious rain shower heads 🚿, and one even has a charming clawfoot tub for soaking your worries away 🛁. Fully Equipped Kitchen: The kitchen boasts shiny new appliances, quartz countertops, and seating for 4 at the kitchen island (aka the breakfast club 🥐). A Keurig coffee maker, blender, toaster, and essential spices make meal prep a breeze. Dining Area: The dining table seats 8—perfect for big group meals (or intense board game nights 🎲). Locally handmade plates, bowls, and coffee cups make every meal a little more special. Lounge Area: Kick back in the living room with a leather sofa, cozy chairs, and a large HD flat screen smart TV 📺—perfect for binge-watching or movie nights. Entertainment: Challenge your friends and family to a game of pool 🎱, or foosball ⚽. Fun for guests of all ages! High-Speed Internet & Workspace: Need to get some work done? We've got you covered with high-speed internet and a comfy work desk and chair 💻. Fireplace: Cozy up by the fireplace 🔥 for warmth and ambiance on chilly evenings. Please note, the fireplace is electric, adding cozy vibes without the hassle or danger of flames. Ample Parking: On-street parking is convenient and easy—no parking drama here 🚗. Flexible Check-In/Out: Want a little extra time? We often accommodate early check-in or late check-out (up to 2 hours) for $20 per hour. More time to relax = more vacation vibes! 😌 Bathrooms Both bathrooms feature tile floors and spacious, fully tiled showers with luxurious rain shower heads 🚿. One of the bathrooms even includes a charming clawfoot tub 🛁, perfect for a relaxing soak after a day of exploring. Kitchen, Lounge & Dining The kitchen is well-appointed with new appliances and quartz countertops, providing ample space for all your culinary creations 🍳. Guests have access to convenient appliances like a Keurig coffee maker, blender, and toaster. Essential spices, including cooking oil, make every meal flavorful and easy to prepare. The large dining table by the front window, with 8 chairs, creates an ideal spot for group meals (or intense board game showdowns 🎲). The kitchen opens into a comfy lounge area with a leather sofa and chairs facing a large HD flat screen smart TV 📺—perfect for relaxation after a long day of adventures. Outdoor Space The Matterhorn is in the perfect spot for exploring local attractions. You're just a short walk away from several great dining options 🍽️ and only a short drive to Wallowa Lake 🏞️ and the many outdoor opportunities offered by the Eagle Cap Wilderness. On-street parking is ample, and we've never had a guest struggle to find a convenient spot in the surrounding block. 🚗 Guest access Back in the day, the Litch Hotel had 11 apartments and just one bathroom on the 2nd floor (can you imagine?! 😅), but don’t worry — times have definitely changed! Now, you’ll have your very own private bathroom and kitchen, so no awkward run-ins while you’re making that midnight snack 🍕. The entryway outside your unit is the only shared space, so feel free to get cozy and relax however you like — no one’s around to judge your Netflix binges or late-night PJs! 😎🛋️ Other things to note UNIT DETAILS & POLICIES 🔊NOISE CONSIDERATIONS: The Litch hotel is old and wasn’t built with modern soundproofing. You will hear sounds from adjacent units, whether above, below, or next door, as well as footsteps and movement on the stairs and in the hallways. The Litch is designed for families, couples, and friends looking for a comfortable and fun place to relax after enjoying all that Wallowa County has to offer. However, if you’re looking for a place to have a bachelor party or kegger, this isn’t the right venue. Our goal is to create a welcoming environment where all guests can enjoy their stay without excessive noise from others. Most guests are consciousness which allows everyone to have a great time. Occasionally a loud knucklehead will stay next door. We ask all guests to be mindful of the noise they make especially during stated quite hours so all guests can fully enjoy their time here. Thank you for understanding and for helping us preserve the peaceful charm of the Litch Hotel! 👥EXTRA GUEST POLICY: Our nightly rate covers up to 8 guests. We can host up to 10 total: Children 12 & under stay free 👶 Additional guests (13+) are $30 per night Please be courteous let us know in advance if you’ll have extra guests. We don’t provide extra linens or supplies beyond the base rate, and unregistered guests may result in cancellation. 🔑CHECK-IN: Anytime after 3:00 PM. Early check-in options available: COMPLIMENTARY: Call after 12:30 PM on your arrival day if the unit will be ready prior to 3:00 we are happy to let you in early. GUARANTEED: Pre-arrange early check-in for $20/hour starting as early as 1:00 PM. ⏰CHECK-OUT: Required by 11:00 AM; late check-out available at $20/hour. 🚭NO SMOKING: Smoking is prohibited within the condo. 🎉PARTIES: Require prior approval. 🔇QUIET HOURS: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. 🛏️BEDS: Feature medium-firm memory foam mattresses, which most guests love and few guests find too firm. 🛌ROLLAWAY BEDS: If you will need linens for the rollaway beds, please request in advance. Note: Rollaway beds are supplied unmade with a stack of all necessary linens. 📹SECURITY: A motion-activated video doorbell is installed in the exterior entryway. 🧺WASHER/DRYER: there is no washer/dryer on site. There is a laundromat about 2 blocks away and you we offer a wash/fold service as well (Details available in our guidebook). 📺 TV & STREAMING INFO There’s a Smart TV ready for you to log in to your own apps like Netflix, Hulu, Prime, or Disney+. Just a heads-up — there’s no cable or local channels. If you want live TV, you will need a service like Sling, Fubo, or YouTube TV. 🪟VENTILATION: This condo doesn't have any windows that can be opened. We account for this in 3 ways, 1) a ductless AC/Heat mini split, 2) ceiling fan and 3) an air purifier.
