Architect Scott Merrill designed this house in respect to the original cottage ambience of early Seaside, Florida and to take advantage of the spectacular setting. The first floor features two bedrooms each with their own private ensuite bathroom. The first bedroom a king master has a private bathroom and a large porch off the master to enjoy. The second guest bedroom is a queen with private bath. The second floor includes an open floor plan with kitchen, dining and living room all connected. The dining area comfortably seats six and has glimpses of the gulf while you dine. The adjacent living room is surrounded by a wall of windows with stunning gulf views. The kitchen is adjacent to dining and living and there is a half bath on the second floor for guests.
