Excellent full house equipped in a very safe condominium, it has a spectacular pool, 2 playgrounds for children and football and tennis courts, with direct descent to Ritoque beach. Equipped full, 4D and 3B very comfortable with Wifi and cable TV. The space -1th floor: kitchen, living room, one bedroom with a stateroom and a 1 plaza bed, another small piece bed 1 plaza with a small bathroom - 2nd Floor: One Bedroom 2 Bedroom En-suite (Spacious Bathroom) and Another Bedroom with a 1.5-seater bed and a bunk bed - Terrace with barbecue grill grill (Includes hair dryer and clothes iron) - control to open gates is inside the house upon arrival - IMPORTANT access has steps and there are uneven steps inside the house.
