Five minute drive to Fellows Lake for hiking and bike trails along with fishing and boating. Easy access to I-44 and Hwy 65. Suitable for business travel. Grocery, gas, etc. within 15 minute drive. Separate dedicated work room suitable for business travel. Internet is fiber optic cable, with WiFi throughout the house. Fellows lake Marina is just 3 miles away. The park features hiking and biking trails as well as boat rentals. Guest access The entire house is accessible to guests. A closet is used for storing supplies and is blocked off. Other things to note We can only accept up to 2 small dogs or 2 small cats. I am only able to accept bookings from guests with a completed profile, previous good reviews, and an accurate photograph.
