The property consists of entrance hallway, to the left, main bedroom, lounge with large sofa and smart TV, kitchen, bedroom 2 and bathroom. The space The property is located on Wychwood Close, Langland with easy access to Overland Road, Mumbles making it ideal for couples or families looking to explore our Seaside village. It's an ideal getaway for Summer and Winter to explore the Gower coast and Mumbles' great eateries and bars. Walking distance to Langland beach which has a beautiful family run restaurant called Langland Braserie. They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner and have a beautiful wine selection! If you want to continue on the coastal path you can even walk to Caswell beach which has a lovely local cafe. Further on from that you have Brandy Cove beach and also Pwll Du beach. From the property if you turn left out of the drive and down the hill you will come into the village of Mumbles which has a range of pubs, cafes, restaurants and wine bars.... Mumbles is a fishing village situated at the western end of Swansea Bay, at the entrance to the Gower Peninsula on the western side of Mumbles, you will find the pier which hosts the local lifeboat - You can actually go in and view this!! It also has a family arcade and a lovely fish and chip shop called The Copperfish. There is also the famous lighthouse and two small rocky coves or Braclet and Limeslade Bay. We have recently made a garden space for our guests which has a lovely bbq area - If this interests you and you require meats then L. Vaughan's butchers in the Mumbles arcade and will welcome phone orders which he will also deliver free of charge! Furry friends are more than welcome. There is however, an additional £10 a night charge for this due to cleaning. We live on the grounds with a Leonberger (giant dog breed). He is not at all aggressive and stays inside with us most of the time. There is a bus stop 2 minutes walk from the property. Note: We live in the larger part of the property but are usually not around during the day due to work commitments. Off street parking for 1 car. If you are into your sports there is a range of activities to consider: - Cycling is often a favorite - The Gower offers endless cycle tracks. - Golf..Langland golf course is less than a mile away which is a very popular 18 hole golf course. You also have Pennard golf course which is a 18 hole links course that is a 10 minute drive away. - Walking, there are lots of coastal tracks within a stones throw away of the property. Guest access Guests can access all of the annex which is separate from the main property. Other things to note Please be advised although we are pet friendly we do not allowed pets on the sofa or beds. Due to bad experiences in the past there will an additional charge of £50 if there is clear evidence of this.
