The living room is crossing and overlooks the terrace. - Two double bedrooms of 15 m2 with a wardrobe and a dresser. A first bedroom with a 160 cm X 220 cm bed. A second bedroom with a 180 cm (2X90) X 220 bed; possibility of splitting. The bedding is new and very comfortable. Away from the living area: - A recent and very functional bathroom fully tiled 9 m2 away from the living area, equipped with a large walk-in shower, a large alcove, a sink, a toilet... - A typical kitchen of 20 m2 equipped with: a three-burner hob, a large fridge freezer, a very functional mini-oven and a microwave oven, a new 4-place Bovod dishwasher, a Dolce Gusto espresso machine, a kettle, a Smeg toaster, a waffle maker, a soda stream (cartridge to be replaced if necessary), a washing machine, and a complete set of dishes and various pots. - A 40 m2 wrought iron terrace lit by light garlands equipped with a complete garden furniture set, a large recent table and comfortable armchairs for your meals. Guest access To access the accommodation, you can park in the free parking lot of the Cateri town hall. Our house is located about fifty meters from this parking lot, which has a charging station with two electrical outlets. Please do not park in the spaces inside the village that are reserved for the residents of Cateri. Other things to note Thank you for leaving the space clean and tidy to respect the cleaning service. All garbage must be removed and the refrigerator must be emptied. Two containers for glass and cardboard are available at the entrance to the village. For food waste and plastics you will find public containers at Leclerc de Corbara. We remind you that it is strictly forbidden to deposit your waste in private containers.
