Casa Tobala is a bright and modern 3-bedroom private villa, with pool and jacuzzi (unheated), built at the end of 2022. Nestled on the heights of La Punta Zicatela, it offers a quiet and intimate setting, while remaining just a 10-minute walk from the beach, cafés, bars and restaurants. The house is equipped with Starlink high-speed Wi-Fi, perfect for telecommuting, watching movies or staying connected during your stay. The space Upon entering, you will discover the bright main room, with a beautiful view and direct access to the pool. The open kitchen and the entire space around the pool invite you to share unforgettable moments with family or friends. Going upstairs, you will find two bedrooms with private bathrooms: one offers an ocean view, the other has an intimate terrace overlooking the mountains. At the top, a large terrace awaits you to relax and enjoy the Jacuzzi (unheated). The third bedroom is located on this level, with a privileged ocean view. Guest access You will have access to the whole house and will be able to fully enjoy all the spaces. Please note that the house is unfortunately not suitable for babies or children under 7 years of age, due to the open railings that can be dangerous and the pool that is not protected. Other things to note ⚠️ Important notice: We inform you that there is currently a construction site on the property opposite. Although it is not constant, at some times of the day there may be noise. We want to be transparent so that you can take this into account when booking. 💧 Drinking water We put drinking water at your disposal, which saves you from buying disposable plastic bottles. 🧹 Housekeeping Maid service is provided every two/three days by Linda. Conrado and Luis take care of the garden and pool throughout your stay. 💡 What to know about Puerto Escondido Puerto Escondido is a beautiful destination, but local infrastructure is not always suitable for the large number of visitors. Power outages can sometimes occur and, unfortunately, we have little control over these situations. In case of outage, you'll find flashlights in the kitchen. These events remain exceptional, and we appreciate your understanding. 🛜 Starlink High Speed Internet For your convenience, the house is equipped with fast internet via Starlink. Tropical 🌴 surroundings Our house is located in a tropical climate, which is part of its charm. It is therefore possible to meet some mosquitoes, geckos or other small visitors typical of the area. We do everything we can to keep the space clean and comfortable, but nature is part of the Mexican experience. Please keep this in mind when booking. 🤫 Quiet neighborhood The house is in a residential area where it is not allowed to make noise after 11pm. Home 🛣️ access Located on the heights of La Punta, the house is accessed by dirt paths that can be a little difficult, especially during the rainy season.
