Private Lakeview Cabin + Fishing & Trails

Located within Sandy Creek Farms 400+ acres of gorgeous Tennessee countryside. The property includes lots of wildlife and a 20-acre lake stocked for fishing! The perimeter of the property has 10+ miles of trails to enjoy. ATVs and/or golf carts are allowed. Our geo-referenced map will help you navigate through the trails and property. There are two laundry facilities, a orangerie, and a fitness center. The perfect setting for fishermen, outdoor enthusiasts, and those that want to relax! The space This cozy, 2-story efficiency cabin with lakeview balcony is enhanced by a picturesque garden surrounded by picket fencing with exquisite landscaping, wooden decks, and a large, screened-in wooden gazebo. A stone fountain and brook allow water to cascade down from the cabin to the lake. The front porch overlooks the lake, while additional decks and stairs lead to the lakeshore. Inside the cabin, you will find the kitchenette on the main floor, complete with a microwave, coffee maker, crockpot, electric skillet, and more cooking appliances, along with a bathroom with a walk-in shower. For guests requiring a more comprehensive cooking experience, the caterer’s kitchen at The Stables is available to all overnight guests. The second level of the cabin is the living room/bedroom combo with a small balcony on the south side overlooking fields and a large balcony on the north side overlooking the lake. The overly large sofa pulls out to a king bed with a very comfortable mattress. Just outside of the cabin is a firepit with patio chairs, private parking area, and a gas grill. The firewood is included during your stay. The private lake is stocked with bass, bream, and catfish for those who like to fish. Guests will have access to 10+ miles of trails throughout the 400+ acres. A communal fitness center, laundry room, and Orangerie are available to all overnight guests. Guest access The Lakeview Cabin has its own private parking area. Other things to note Host greets you upon arrival. Self-check-in also available. Check In: 4pm – 6pm for on-site check-in. Check Out: 11am Upon departure, guests are required to leave the property in the same general condition it was when they arrived. Please comply with the following before check-out: 1. Make sure all garbage is in a container. 2. Place all dirty towels in bathtub/shower. 3. Clean Stable Kitchen if used. 4. Leave your key in the unit and unit unlocked upon your departure.
