Yeti Lodge - Apartment "Marmotta" in Rueras

Relax with the whole family in this accommodation. We welcome guests to take care of our newly renovated apartment and hope to make many unforgettable stays possible. The house is located just 900 m from the ski lifts, which can be reached in just 10 minutes on foot. The apartment is on the ground floor and has an independent entrance, with space to store skis and boots. Fully furnished and with views of the mountains and the small church of Rueras. The space There are two bedrooms and an open space with a kitchen, a wooden table with a comfortable bench and chairs, and a sofa with TV. Wi-Fi available. The toilet is new with shower, you can find a new hairdryer in the drawer under the sink. Comfortably furnished, everything you need is available! There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed. The rooms are equipped with pleated curtains for privacy and blackout curtains for the night. For our little guests under the age of two, a camping cot, children's crockery, toilet reduction and some games are available. Guest access The entire apartment is for our guests. NB: in the entrance (heated!) you can leave skis, boots, jackets, suitcases... This is the only shared space, in the sense that the owner and other guests could enter to access the technical room. Other things to note If you need an extra room, also look for the yeti lodge double room (2 people). It is possible to enter independently via an access code, which will be sent via e-mail. A private car park is available to guests free of charge, while a small municipal car park is a three-minute walk away. From the slopes, taking the toboggan run, you go straight down to the house. Sheets and towels are always included in the reservation. If you need a change during your stay you can request it, write to us to find out the cost and to have it prepared for you. Before checking out, basic cleaning is necessary, in particular turning on the dishwasher with the latest used things and removing the bags from the rubbish bin. Smoking and parties are prohibited in the house.
