The space Welcome to our detached house completely renovated in 2023; we offer spaces designed and built to accommodate guests giving safety and tranquility. The furnishings and bathrooms, beds and kitchens are brand new. We have a total of 3 rooms characterized by different colors and finishes. The theme of the house is music because we love the history of music and we have numerous testimonies as themed furniture. This room is called "Puccini," in honor of the great Italian composer Giacomo Puccini. The other rooms are named after Verdi and Rossini. We welcome those who come here for work, fairs, tourism and vacation: whatever the reason for the trip, we offer a "home away from home", ideal for short stays. We intend to offer our guests peace and quiet and a human and authentic experience, open and without discrimination. Those who love books, good food, music and the history of music will enjoy finding interesting materials. Each studio apartment is independent and therefore you will have your own. We are available to provide information to guests before and during their stay; you can sometimes find us in our kitchen-living room on the ground floor, and if we are not there but you need something, you can always contact us. To comply with legal obligations, we will ask you to provide your ID at check-in, without which you cannot stay. Without an identity document, staying in the house is not allowed and any possibility of reimbursement is excluded. In the studio apartment, there is a bathroom for exclusive use, and a mini-kitchen with two induction burners, sink, drainer, microwave, pots, coffee maker, dishes, cutlery, glasses etc. There is a fridge with freezer compartment. Outside the studio, you can also take advantage of the common space in our courtyard/garden where you will find a table, benches, fountain, flowers and plants. The studio apartment has direct access to the internal courtyard, through a French window. Other things to note BREAKFAST AND DINNER Depending on the period, it may be possible to have BREAKFAST and DINNER For organizational reasons, we ask that you let us know at the time of booking if you intend to use these services, and we will let you know if there is availability.
