Built in the early 1900's, our building was originally a plumbing shop and was later used for upholstery, storage, and the satellite office of the Reno-based Lincoln Heating and Air. The building was turned into a living unit when Lincoln Heating and Air no longer needed it. You will be able to tell it's age by noting the angles and slight slopes in floors and walls from settling over 100 years. The building was completely renovated and furnished for your comfort. You'll be warm/cool and comfortable with all the modern conveniences including hot beverages from our Keurig.
