Outside, the shoreline of Colvos Passage shifts with the tides, offering ever-changing scenery and quiet moments watching for passing sea life. After a day exploring Gig Harbor and nearby parks, return to a calm, inviting setting designed for easy evenings indoors. Living area The open-concept living room connects seamlessly with the kitchen and dining space, creating a natural place to gather. Sink into the sofa with a favorite show on the TV, or unwind with a book from the collection. The room is filled with natural light, and access to the deck brings the outdoors into view even on cooler days. Kitchen & dining The kitchen offers a full cooking space where you can prepare meals at your own pace, with a dining table that seats six for shared breakfasts or relaxed dinners. A coffee maker is ready for slow mornings, and the layout keeps everyone connected between cooking, dining, and conversation. Sleeping arrangements Three bedrooms provide restful spaces after a day by the water. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, while the second bedroom has a full-size bed and the third offers a queen-size bed. Each room includes bed linens, storage for your belongings, and extra pillows and blankets for added comfort. Bathroom & essentials A full bathroom with a bathtub and shower is stocked with bathroom essentials, along with hot water and thoughtful details to support your stay. A washer and dryer in the home make it easy to refresh clothes during longer visits. Please take note that essential amenities are not unlimited or refillable throughout the stay. Outdoor setting Step outside to a private backyard with a patio, outdoor furniture, and a dining area. The waterfront location places you right next to the water, with private beach access available during low tide. The deck and lawn provide space to take in the coastal setting, whether you’re enjoying a quiet moment or watching for seals that often pass by. Amenities & comfort The home includes Wifi, an Ethernet connection, radiant heating, and portable fans. Free driveway parking for up to three vehicles adds convenience, and the single-level layout means no stairs within the home. For added peace of mind, exterior security cameras are positioned at the front door and driveway for contactless check-in and property monitoring. Neighborhood Set along the shores of Colvos Passage, the home is a short drive from Gig Harbor’s waterfront, shops, and restaurants. The area offers access to local parks, scenic trails, and opportunities to explore the surrounding coastline. Tacoma and Seattle are both within driving distance, making it easy to balance quiet waterfront time with day trips into the city. Guest access The house is exclusively yours, without interruption during your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home. Other than the already mentioned amenities, our home is also equipped with the following: ✔ Free Wi-Fi ✔ Heating ✔ Laundry Room (Washer/Dryer, Iron/Board, Detergent) ✔ Free Parking Other things to note ★ EARLY CHECK-INS ★ - Early check-ins are not guaranteed. Airbnb allows you to choose a preferred check in time, but it is up to the host to determine if any time before 4pm (depending on property) is feasible. Please send a message to us to request an early check in if you need to do so. The fee for early check-in is $25 per hour for every hour in advance of the check-in time. ★ LATE CHECK OUTS ★ - Check out is no later than 11am. Late Check outs must be approved by the host. Late check outs are $50 per hour for each hour beyond the regular 11am check out. If guests stay past the 11am check out time without the host’s approval and without completing payment, guests will be charged for the next night’s stay. ★ MAINTENANCE ★ - If a maintenance issue arises at the house, we will do our best to correct the issue as quickly as possible. We ask that our guests be patient and understanding with “fix it” requests. Emergency maintenance issues will be corrected before any minor issues. Examples of minor maintenance issues include the following: Failed blinds, curtains, light bulbs, a slow toilet flush, etc. ★ NO PETS ALLOWED ★ We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them. Anyone found to have brought a pet of any kind onto the property will be fined $500 and asked to remove it immediately. ★ EVENTS ★ There are no parties or events allowed at the listing. If the guests throws a party or event, trashes the space, damages the unit, disrespects the property, or has extra guests that are not disclosed/reported in the initial booking, the booking party will be charged a deep cleaning fee which maybe between $500-700. Additionally, a charge for carpet cleaning will also be charged which is dependent on the size of the home. ★ OUTDOOR AREAS ★ - Please enjoy the outdoor amenities. In consideration of the neighborhood and other neighbors, we require guests to adhere to outdoor quiet hours (no music, loud talking or games). Strict quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am, daily. Failure to adhere to this rule can result in an additional fine of $100 per incident. The fee is charged at the discretion of the hosts. ★ CLEANING ★ - The home’s cleaning fee is based on a courteous guest (someone that picks up after themselves, puts dishes in the dishwasher, towels in 1 pile, someone that leaves the place as they find it, etc.). This is not a hotel. If the housekeeping crew finds an unreasonable mess or anything is damaged, an additional cleaning fee of $50 per hour will be charged to the guest for each additional hour of cleaning or maintenance required. There is no smoking of any kind allowed at the property. This also includes any form of cannabis or vape both inside the residence and in the outdoor spaces. If any smoke debris or smell is identified during or after a guest’s stay, a $250 deep cleaning fee will apply. Also please ensure that the number of guests matches your reservation as each person generates more to clean. There will be a $50 fine per guest at the property in excess of the reserved number. PLEASE NOTE - You are not permitted to send or receive mail from this address during your stay. Also, we reserve the right to refuse accommodation or demands from rude, disrespectful, and/or discourteous guests. We will not hesitate to terminate your stay at our discretion if guests continue to demonstrate such a pattern of communication.
