The space The home has a half acre lot, with privacy fencing that blocks the neighbor's view on both sides. The rear yard has enough greenery so no neighbor's homes are visible. The home is compact, but is packed with amenities to make sure your stay is comfortable, convenient, modernized and amazing. It is "kid friendly", but also accommodating to those business trips, softball tournaments, family events, or just to get acquainted with East Texas. Guest access The whole home is for short term rental usage. There is a locked off area for the Owner. If you need to plan a family event, please ask and we try to accommodate guests.
