The spectacularity of our large and comfortable exclusive villa is suitable for families, groups, couples and/or professionals working remotely who aspire to their own privacy surrounded by the sight and sound of the sea. The villa has a spectacular terrace and is equipped with photovolyaic and solar thermal. you will be immersed in Sicilian nature facing the sea. the beach is just 1 minute by walk. The Villa is equipped by photovoltaic and solar thermal. The space Villa Rosa by the sea consists of 2 independent entrances: on the ground floor large living room with study area for working remotely, dining room, large living room with smart TV, sofas and armchairs for relaxing, very bright and equipped kitchen overlooking a large veranda overlooking on the garden of the house directly on the sea. Also on the same floor is our first double bedroom and bathroom. On the upper floor reachable by stairs, the two double suites (with private bathroom) are both equipped with large balconies and a spectacular veranda in which to enjoy the spectacle of the sea and the blue sky in intimacy. The Valley of the Temples in Agrigento in 1 hour and Selinunte 30 minutes by car, a spectacular archaeological park directly on the sea, one of the largest in Europe; the unusual and scenic Andromeda Theater opened a few years ago and already visited by hundreds of visitors.
