The uniqueness of our exclusive villa by the sea is that it is suitable for families, groups, couples and/or professionals who work remotely who aspire to their own privacy surrounded by the view and sound of the sea. The villa has a spectacular terrace and is equipped with air conditioning and heating in every room. You will be immersed in Sicilian nature facing the sea. The beach is just a 1-minute walk away. The space Villa Rosa by the sea consists of 2 independent entrances: on the ground floor large living room with study area for working remotely, dining room, large living room with smart TV, sofas and armchairs for relaxing, very bright and equipped kitchen overlooking a large veranda overlooking on the garden of the house directly on the sea. Also on the same floor is our first double bedroom and bathroom. On the upper floor reachable by stairs, the two double suites (with private bathroom) are both equipped with large balconies and a spectacular veranda in which to enjoy the spectacle of the sea and the blue sky in intimacy. The other 2 bedrooms (one double and one with 2 single beds) are equipped with two respective balconies, served by the shared bathroom located in the corridor on the floor Guest access Guests of Villa Rosa sul Mare will be welcomed by our staff for check-in (2:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.), who will provide you with any kind of request. Check-in from 10:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. will incur an additional charge. Other things to note Villa Rosa sul Mare is located in Sciacca, which offers numerous beaches (including the one it overlooks – Lido di Sovareto). 10 minutes by car for golf enthusiasts is the Verdura Resort. 20 minutes away is the famous beach of Torre Salsa, Borgo Bonsignore and Eraclea Minoa. The Valley of the Temples in Agrigento is 1 hour away and Selinunte is 30 minutes away by car, a spectacular archaeological park directly on the sea, one of the largest in Europe; the unusual and scenic Andromeda Theater opened a few years ago and has already been visited by hundreds of visitors. An hour's drive away, you can visit the charming Segesta, with its unique ancient theater, Erice, and the entire coast of the Saline (where salt is still produced).
