60 sqm apartment in the historic center of Ortigia Giudecca neighborhood 100 meters from the sea near the church of San Filippo famous for the Jewish bath while the cathedral is 400 meters away. A few steps from a mini market, a laundry and in the morning the market. Giudecca studios consists of a unique room with two double beds, two sofa beds and two full bathrooms, a small well equipped kitchen. In the inner courtyard, a small table available . Air conditioning and unlimited internet. Other things to note The apartment is in the restricted traffic area of Ortigia. After 8 pm, on weekends and holidays the center is closed for car traffic (ZTL), only permanent residents with permit are allowed to enter. You will know, if you are allowed to enter, when the info board at the bridge says "ZTL NON attiva". The easiest way to park is near the apartment in the private garage "La Mesa" in Via dei Mergulensi, 14. They charge € 20-25 per day and reservation in advance is necessary. Clients of the private garage can enter at any time, even when the traffic access is restricted during ZTL (the garage sends a list of all their clients cars to the police every night, so they are ok). The garage is open from Monday to Saturday from 7AM to 11PM, on Sundays and public holidays from 7AM to 11AM and then 6PM to 11PM. Other than that, Parking is possible at the BLUE short term parking areas TALETE and RIVA NAZARIO SAURO at €1,50/h (there are ticket machines nearby) and YELLOW is reserved for residents, pharmacies, disabled etc. If you want to park at the Talete Park Deck please note that during ZTL hours you have to enter Ortigia on the old bridge PONTE UMBERTINO.
