This is the most fully furnished unit that you could ever ask for. The space An executive studio unit equipped with cooking materials and equipment in which you can cook your desired food and a washer area where you can wash your clothes and sheets. The bathroom also has a water heater which you can use when you want warm or hot water. Other things to note To our valued guests, please be advised to bring a photocopy of your passport or any valid IDs upon checking-in. The front desk may require you to surrender your valid I.D. If you will present passport as your valid ID, you must photocopy it because the front desk staff will not accept it. - Free Parking - Pool free for 4 guests, extra guest who will use the pool will pay 200php to be paid Front desk. - Pool is open from 9AM to 9PM everyday - Restaurant is open from 7am to 6pm (Weekdays) & 7am to 7pm (Weekends) - NO PETS ALLOWED inside unit - Only 4 guests can use the provided beds. - Only 8 guests are welcome regardless of age. - Extra guest will be charged amounting 300php - Check in time: 2:00 PM - Check out Time 11:00 AM - Early check in fee is 200Php/hour (maximum of 4 hours) if it exceeds that is equivalent of one-night stay to be paid in cash (just put it inside the box) - Late checkout is 200Php/hour (maximum of 4 hours) if it exceeds that is equivalent of one-night stay to be paid in cash (just put it inside the box) Upon checking out: - Please unplug/turn off all the appliances and lights - You may just check out on your own on or before 11AM. Just make sure to lock the door and put the key back in the front desk. NOTE: - In the event of consumption overuse, we will charge additional fees in excess of the usual bill. Tip: Just use the electricity and water wisely and economically to avoid penalties. - Throw your garbage at the ground floor which is located on the right side of Lobby Entrance. - Unauthorized Visitors are not allowed to stay (sleep) inside the unit. If caught, there will be a penalty of 500Php.
