This recently finished unit is designed to cater to those who have a deep appreciation for the great outdoors. Situated in South Nampa, you're just a stone's throw away from a plethora of outdoor activities. Whether you're an avid hunter, angler, hiker, off-road enthusiast, or a boating aficionado, this location offers easy access to it all. 15 min to Ford Idaho Center, 40min to Boise Airport The space What a delightful hideout we have here! This cozy retreat has just been completed, and it's truly a gem. We've taken great care to ensure that your stay is as comfortable as can be, and we've equipped this unit with everything you might need. This lovely space is perfect for a couple but can accommodate up to four guests. The bedroom boasts a queen-sized memory foam bed that promises a restful night's sleep, and there's even a flat-screen TV for your entertainment with local channels. If you have additional guests, we've got you covered with a twin air mattress and a couch that transforms into a double bed in the living room. Our great room is designed with your relaxation in mind, offering comfortable seating, a bar-height table and chairs, a cozy sectional, and a large-screen TV with a wide selection of channels courtesy of Dish Network. It's the perfect spot to unwind after a day of adventures. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals if you choose to do so. We've got you covered whether you're whipping up a quick snack or preparing a gourmet feast. Parking is available and will be conveniently indicated upon your arrival. If you happen to be bringing a trailer, just let us know in advance, and we'll make the necessary arrangements to accommodate it. For those who love the outdoors, we've provided a charming small bistro table and chair set situated on the newly created covered patio where you can relax and soak in the country setting. Please keep in mind that, given our peaceful rural location, occasional visits from pests are possible. However, rest assured that we take every measure to maintain a clean and welcoming environment. We hope you thoroughly enjoy your stay in our hideout—it's our pleasure to host you! Guest access Guests are able to access the entire unit, assigned parking areas, the lawn to the north of the unit and any of the public roads around the property. In some cases there may be the ability for successful hunters to hang their game in a controlled environment. Please inquire about that should you require such a thing. Other things to note House Rules 1. We kindly request that you refrain from smoking indoors, including the use of any tobacco products, vapes, hookahs, or incense. You're welcome to enjoy your smoke outside and please remember to dispose of your cigarette butts responsibly. This helps us maintain a fresh and pleasant environment for all our guests. In case this rule is inadvertently broken, a $250 fee will be applied to the booking guest to cover the cost of odor removal. 2. To maintain a peaceful atmosphere and show consideration for our neighbors, we do not permit parties or events on the premises. 3. Please be mindful that locked cabinets and doors are designated for the owners. Tampering with them will result in a $500 fee for each lock tampered with. 4. We kindly ask that you avoid cooking odorous foods, such as fish, bacon, or sausage, as these odors can be challenging and costly to remove before the next guest arrives. In the event that this rule is unintentionally breached, the guest of record will incur a $750 charge to cover odor removal expenses. 5. We're pleased to welcome visitors, but we kindly ask that no more than 4 individuals be present on the property at any given time to ensure a comfortable and safe environment for all. 6. Please respect our neighbors and keep the volume down between 10pm and 8am. 7. Please use assigned parking only. We hope these revised rules convey our desire to provide a pleasant and considerate experience for our guests.
