TV is set up for Roku TV for guests to use their own streaming services. There is space for one car. Any additional cars must be parked off premises. New faster fiber internet installed in 2025 Kitchen is a kitchenette. There is stove or oven in the unit. There is a portable hot plate for very basic heating of food. Place settings available for four and some small pots and pans for quick cooking on the hot plate.
