Located on a quiet alley across from Koons Park with tennis/pickleball courts, a playground, public pool, and more! The space Fun game area for kids (and adults!) with foosball table, arcade game, and giant Connect Four! Private courtyard with outdoor seating, 10 foot ceilings, two spacious bedrooms, one large bathroom with a tub/shower combo, washer and dryer, stainless appliances, luxury flooring, and a 55 inch TV, are only some of the things that make our cottage special! This cottage sits 25 yards behind a duplex. The duplex does have parking in the same lot as this home, but spaces are assigned! Guest access You will have access to our entire home, 2 personal parking spots, and courtyard.
