We have Videoke, Board games, Blu-ray, Netflix, Disney+, Youtube on a 50" led TV Surround sound and a 100" projector screen. The space Fully-furnished unit with access to the clubhouse and swimming pool. The property is 15 minutes away from Eastwood, 30 minutes from Ortigas and BGC, and 45 minutes from Makati. We have a 2 bedroom unit with a spacious common living area, dining area and a functional kitchen. Main bedroom has Queen sized bed with window type aircon and a screen projector. The smaller bedroom has double sized bed with window type aircon. Living room is fan cooled with a 50" led TV, Platinum Videoke, Bluray player. We also have a few board games available such as Pictionary, Taboo and Wood block stacks. Dining table can comfortably seat 4 persons and can be maxed to 6. Our kitchen has a refrigerator, cooking range, microwave oven and coffee maker. Currently, we have an unlimited Wifi connection via Smart Rocket Pocket Wifi. Guest access Swimming pool access is with a fee. Other things to note For monthly rental and above, utility bills will be under the lease's account due to bigger discount provided. Special arrangements will be done accordingly.
