The apartment comes with a dedicated outdoor lounge area under the old olive tree from where you have a spectacular view over the vineyards on to the castle of Moasca. In addition there is also a private breakfast area with view on the pool. The space Tenuta Dei Vicini is situated in the idyllic commune of Moasca and has been completely renovated in 2022 and 2023, now offering 3 stylish guest apartments, accommodating a combined total of maximum 12 guests. With its large terraced garden and new saltwater pool (12 by 4.5 meters) it offers plenty of private seating area and sunbeds for everyone. So for those who wish to experience the relaxed Italian way of life; go for a winetasting at one of our neighbours, make a day trip to Alba or Barolo or simply relax at the pool or the seating area in front of your apartment whilst enjoying a nice glass of wine. Guest access At Tenuta Dei Vicini we rent out three spacious holiday apartments. Each apartment has a private outdoor breakfast area. We are happy to share our spacious garden and all facilities in it with our guests. As such all our guests have access to our saltwater pool (12 by 4.5 meter), outdoor shower and sunbeds, the kids playground, outdoor dining area with Weber grill, outdoor lounge area and hammock.
