Close to lake Winni, Weirs beach, Bank of NH Pavilion, Gunstock ski and many more local attractions all 10 minutes away. The space The unit is a 1,600 sq ft 2 bedroom 1.5 bath. The house has a second unit that is completely separate, no shared amenities, no shared doors. Everything you see in these pictures are completely reserved and private for your use only. The other unit is a tenant rarely home. The outside area with the grill, fire pit, kayaks and pergola are all yours. Your private main level has over 1,600 sq ft. This renovated home has 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bath with a powder room with washer/dryer. 1 cali king memory foam mattress in one bedroom and 1 queen memory foam bed with a private deck attached to the room. Game room with pool table and air hockey. Out on the deck there is seating for 4 and a grill for your use. The kitchen contains stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Your backyard you will find the pergola, fire pit, a picnic table , a large sectional couch seating for 8+, and a day dock where you can throw the kayaks in the water. Things to note, The driveway is shared with the neighboring house. 2 parking spots in the driveway are available plus plenty of street parking durning summer/spring and fall. Winter season only 1 parking spot is available starting in November. The driveway spots are labeled waterfront parking on the right side of the driveway. The Kayaks will be available for use starting in the month of May of each year. Life jackets are required and we have some available for you. Please be responsible if you decide to use them. Each room has a large smart tv equipped with Netflix and YouTube TV. Bedroom 1 has a 55inch Samsung. Bedroom 2 has a 50 inch Vizio. The living room has a 65 inch Samsung. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need to cook or bake provided with plenty of pots/ pans, utensils, cooking oil, salt/pepper and plenty more. Other things to note If booking for more than 2 weeks a security deposit of $500 will be required upon arrival. (EXTRA GUESTS)If you have more guests in your party and asked prior to check in a 50$ per night per person charge will be applied. Up to 2 extra guests allowed. (PETS)Pets are not allowed without approval, if asked prior to check in and approved a 35$ fee per night for animals will be applied. If any of these extra accommodations need to be made a money request will be sent to you on the Airbnb app prior to check in.
