Only a 5 min drive from downtown and close to nature & hiking trails, this location is the perfect setting to enjoy all the island has to offer. The main living area features two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, a bathroom with a tub/shower, a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and a comfortable living room with ocean views. Doors off of the main living are open to a large private deck with a charcoal grill and the option to dine by the sea at a outdoor table and chairs. Out front of the cottage guests have access to a shared dock to put in kayaks or go for a swim. Only a 5 min drive from downtown and close to nature & hiking trails, this location is the perfect setting to enjoy all the island has to offer. FAQ: Is this property on an Island and how do we get there? Yes, this property is located on Vinalhaven Island. To get here you must take a car ferry from Rockland, ME. Yes, all linens and towels are provided. How is the WIFI & Cell Phone Service? This house does have WIFI. AT&T and US Cellular service works, but not Verizon Are kitchen basics provided? Pots/pans/dishes/cups are provided, but salt/pepper/spices/oil exc. are not Are parties or Gatherings allowed? No, large parties or gatherings are prohibited when using the house. Are pets allowed? Yes, this property allows pets for a $100/week pet fee. Renters are required to clean up after pets in yard and in home before departure. No pets on furniture. Pets are not to be left unaccompanied at any time. How do we check-in to the property? We will send lock box information and directions to the house 2 days prior to check in.
