It is decorated with Midcentury modern furniture and displays many images in each room from the surrounding areas. It has a spacious 1500 sq foot deck with plush sofas and chairs and room to seat over 20. It has 5 bedrooms, 8 beds and 4 bathrooms on the main floor of the house, The downstair has 1 bedroom and bath. It has a large hot tub, fire pit, and gas burning range. The Estate has two full baths and two half baths. In addition to a maximum of 10 guests staying overnight on the property the city limits the number of guests visiting the Estate to 5 during the daytime.
