The apartment is located in the Erfurt Hochheim district directly at the bus stop. The city can be reached in a short time by bus and car in a short time, it takes 5 minutes to get to the fair by car. Forest and park are very close. Apartment has floor heating and individual and exceptional amenities. In the house there is a snack bar with guest room, which is open from Tuesday to Saturday from 11 am - 9:30 pm, on Sundays from 12 - 9:30 pm. Closed on Mondays. About 100m away is an EDEKA as well as a pharmacy and flower shop.
